The Tanglewood-Hillsdale Community Association (THCA) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the civic and social interests of the residents by:

• Presenting and promoting the views and concerns of its membership;
• Enhancing the quality of life and the sense of community spirit; and
• Participating in charitable, educational and recreational activities.

The THCA is one of the most active and successful community associations in the Ottawa area. Established in 1988, it has achieved a remarkable record for representing the views and concerns of its members and in improving the quality of life in the Tanglewood and Hillsdale Communities.

The association operates under the direction of a Board of Directors which is elected annually by the association membership.
